Cleansing Your System


Before you begin a cleansing diet, it is best to start eating raw fruits and vegetables for 2 to 3 days.Eat one meal of fruits, then follow it with a meal of vegetables. Before the actual fast, take one dose of Castor oil to orderly out your colon. Don’t bother eating dinner. Before you go to sleep that night, take two enemas. The water must be at body temperature. This is to befriend eliminate the debris. The elimination will work better with chamomile tea mixed in the water.

The next day of fasting, and each day after, do the following things.

Drink herbal tea, lukewarm. You can have such teas as Peppermint, Chamomile, Rosehips and Red Clover

9-10 a.m. Drink orange juice, or any other freshly squeezed fruit. No commercial products canned or frozen

1 p.m. Drink a vegetable juice diluted with water

4 p.m. Drink herbal tea

7 p.m. Drink vegetable or fruit juice-fresh

9 p.m. Grasp a Chamomile enema

Always drink water that’s luke warm. You should have no more than 1 1/2 pints to 1 1/2 quarts of juice in a day. Do not mix fruit juice and vegetable broths. Expend water only. Let your doctor be aware of what you are doing so you can be closely monitored. If you are still unsure about fasting, and cannot find or obtain a doctors abet, then don’t fast any longer than 1 to 2 weeks.

Ending The Cleansing Diet
This part of the rapid is extremely important. You must be careful not to undo all of the work and progress you have made. All you have to do is fair 3 things.

1. Stop overeating
2.Eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly
3.Make the transition to eating normally gradual

On the first day, eat an organic apple or another organic fruit, a small bowl of vegetable soup or puree. It cannot be salted, or have spices. The next day eat some mashed potatoes and plain yogurt. On the third day, you can increase your portion size and eat vegetable salad and brown rice. The fourth day you can go back to eating normally, but just don’t overeat!

Tips
You may deem if you’re going on a fasting diet that you have to stop in bed, or take time off from work. You don’t have to do that. Go on with your regular routine. However, if you have to do anything that’s taxing on the body, or your mind, you will have to refrain from doing that.

Take a one hour or more, walk twice a day.

Engage 2 to 3 baths a week, but make sure that the water is not too hot or too cold.

Keep your mental attitude positive. Do not listen to others who will say you can’t fast because you’ll pass out. No one has ever died from fasting, so there is nothing to really be frightened about. Fasting is not anything unusual. Millions of people have done fasts. In Scandinavia it is considered a national sport. Again, if you are afraid, you don’t have to do it. If you do decide to go through with it, the results will certainly be astounding.
